Biting Policy
If a pet bites the groomer or any staff member, a bite handling fee of $25–$100 may be added to the grooming bill, depending on the severity of the incident. This fee compensates for the additional time, stress, and risk associated with handling an aggressive pet.
Minimum Age Policy
For the health and safety of all pets in our care, we do not accept appointments for puppies under 8 weeks old. At this age, puppies are still developing their immune systems and should remain with their mother and littermates for proper growth and socialization. We’re happy to welcome your puppy once they reach 8 weeks and begin their initial vaccinations.
Mobile Grooming Policy:
The Pet Owner is responsible for ensuring there is clear, accessible parking for the mobile grooming vehicle. Please make sure the grooming vehicle can park safely near your home.
While we strive to maintain timely appointments, mobile grooming services may experience delays due to factors such as weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. If any delays or cancellations occur, the groomer will notify the Pet Owner as soon as possible and work to reschedule or adjust the appointment accordingly.
Cancelation and Rescheduling Policy:
Any appointment canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee. Groomers work on commission, and cancellations or reschedules directly impact our team members. If you request to reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a rescheduling fee of 25% will be applied. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50%.
These fees will be added to your next visit, and management reserves the right to collect the cancellation fees prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Payment and Satisfaction Policy:
Payment is due upon completion of the grooming service. Please note that we do not offer refunds for services provided. However, your satisfaction is important to us! If you're not completely happy with your pet's grooming, please reach out within 24 hours, and we'll work with you to address any concerns and make any necessary adjustments. Your pet’s well-being and your satisfaction are our top priorities, and we're here to ensure both are met with care and attention.
